staying at this so-called 'hotel' was a nightmare. noise from slamming doors made sleeping impossible. the staff at reception barely acknowledged my existence, definitely not the star treatment I expected. I woudl ve been thrilled with a complimentary drink but apparently, that’s just too much to ask. Almost wanted to leave a good review, but just couldn't.

I had a great stay in a double room. The decor was charming and the room was clean and comfortable. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the cathedral. I loved the small balcony and the quick responses to inquiries. Fantastic experience overall! 😊

So I’m tellin’ ya, I had the best stay! The room was huge and super cozy, and they even left some tea and coffee for me. Plus, the location? Literal steps away from the main plaza. Just a perfect spot to chill after wandering around. Loved it!

Good WiFi and air conditioning in the room, with a kettle for coffee and a bar fridge. The view from the windows adds a nice touch to the experience.

Noise levels can be disruptive, especially with doors slamming and sound traveling through walls. Heating control is an issue where opening windows for comfort lets in a lot of street noise. Accessibility to upper rooms is limited without a lift.

Noise disturbances from slamming doors can be quite disruptive!!! Lack of air conditioning made the room uncomfortable during hot nights. Thin walls significantly affect privacy levels and lead to unwanted interruptions during your stay!!!

Staying here while exploring the stunning Cathedral de Santiago de Compostela was fantastic! The room was spacious and comfortable, with a clean bathroom that was a great bonus after long days of sightseeing in unpredictable weather. I really enjoyed having a kettle for coffee, and the nearby cafes were perfect for meals. The location is great. just a short walk to many attractions yet in a peaceful area. Additionally, the balcony view from my room was breathtaking, making my stay even more memorable.
